建物外觀以方塊量體堆積，藉由退縮和拉伸圍出戶外及錯落空間，為建築物闢出呼吸場域，也同時輕化量體，加強建築物可親性。室內空間因方塊體的堆疊和旋轉自然劃分出不同功能場域，空間秩序和階級也相應自然生成。
